Sales Operations Coordinator POSITION SUMMARY Partner directly with the sales organization to coordinate and execute sales activities; sales quotes & contracts, sales processing & bookings, RFPs, and maintaining Salesforce.com/ CRM data management. Maintain effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the sales force. Provide outstanding customer support to internal customers (sales team, cross-functional team members) and external customers (partners, end-user customers).

Assist Sales organization in managing and processing software, professional services and support opportunities Support Sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation; quotes, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Licenses & Software authorizations Coordinate, write and drive the completion of RFI/RFPs in partnership with Sales by engaging key corporate departments while maintaining and improving an RFP repository and best practices processes Maintain SF.com with key artifacts during the sales cycle Administer and ensure sales team alignment to sales policies and procedures Work closely with Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Marketing and other Calabrio functional areas to drive sales success and customer satisfaction

EDUCATION/EXPECATATION • • •

Bachelor's degree in a business-related function Minimum of 5 years of business experience Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customers

MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • • • • • • •

Ability to be on feet while performing job responsibilities Ability to sit for long periods of time depending on your position and/or getting up and down through your work shift Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding Ability to view a computer for a long period of time Ability to exert up to 15-40 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently and 10 pounds of force constantly in order to lift and move product Ability to balance, reach and grasp while climbing on a step stool and/or ladder Ability to crouch, grasp and lift product above shoulders in order to lift product from the floor properly

REQUIRED WORK SCHEDULE •

This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week

WORKING RELATIONS • • •

Report to a Vice President of Operations or high level personnel Ability to work closely with peers, group leaders and other employees and departments in the company Direct work with customer and partners
