Sales Coordinator Officer

Objective: To utilize and extend the gained professional working experience in the field of Sales and further develop the Employee`s skills under Obelis corporate culture. To augment, coordinate and take responsibility over the smooth operations of the Sales Department; including: Agreement negotiation, potential client follow-up, development of sales strategies, KPIs achievement, as well as, guarantee department performance, daily activity management and administrating the company Sales Process;

Main Duties:                 

Generate potential clients; Issue Quotations & Agreements; Conduct continuous follow up with Potential Clients; Negotiate with potential clients towards ‘Closing the Sale’; Initiate and participate at conference calls or meetings with Potential Customers; Participate at international exhibitions as part of the Sales & Marketing team; Coordinate department and company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results; Continuously seek out new strategies towards finding new people to promote Obelis and its services. Research relevant market opportunities; Coordinate Statistics & Key Process Indicators; Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams Participate at regular meetings with Sales & Marketing teams Write regulatory articles, working papers and presentations for Obelis websites, educative seminars and meeting; Provide internal and external trainings on sales related matters; Take part at Obelis School Training program as speaker & presenter; Create & submit project, meeting, and exhibition reports; Any further ad hoc duties affecting the staff or activities of Sales & Marketing Department;

Responsibilities:                

Administrate the entire ‘sales process’ towards achieving sales results; Ensure the constant performance towards the Sales Department’s activity, objectives & KPI’s; Ensure the smooth operation of the Sales Department; Initiate improvement paths for the Department’s more efficient operation; Prepare and represent the Sales Department for Management & Board meetings; Coordinate & Manage the daily activities of the Sales Department; Constantly aim for improving the Department`s operations; Ensures implementation of the ISO procedures within the Sales Department ; Ensure the prompt implementation of all department projects; Ensure the Department’s activities on research applicable regulatory updates; Ensures department’s regulatory updates, including internal communication of these items; Train and coach new team members; Support training programs by educational presentations for the group and when applicable for all Departments; Ensure the prompt implementation of all department projects; Officially represent Obelis in external and internal events; o Reporting responsibility Ensure the implementation of intern`s exit policy;

Requirements Education  BA degree / MIM-Programs in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Economics (MA, MSs, MCom) Experience  3 to 5 years professional experience as a Sales Representative – Absolute Must!  Previous professional experience in the sales of services – an advantage.  Previous professional experience in EU affairs – an advantage.

Language(s)  

Fluency in English (written & oral) ; Any other languages are always a plus; o Preference to one of the national languages of Belgium;

Computer Skills  Proficiency at Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook  Familiarity with Photoshop / Publisher is an asset
