Sales coordinator Tasks Role Description – summary 1.SOP coordinator 2.Data analyzing ,sales statistics calculation and analyze of prices, margins and product cost and etc 3.Measure forecast accuracy and lead accuracy improvement 4.System owner of Qlickview 5.Department administration Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities •Collect input from Sales-Support engineers to summarize monthly forecast, including Order Intake and Revenue plan •Prepare monthly report for global SOP meeting and do presentation on behalf of CNAUS team. •Harmonize the same format and process among factories,i.e. SOP •Join regular sales review, internal SOP, Pre-SOP, and global SOP, communicate with production, planner, SCM and update project status weekly •Weekly summarize sales data and analyze prices, margins and product cost •Monthly update budget and GM chasing information in teamsite •Measure forecast accuracy, follow up forecast update in Qlickview with FE coordinator •Drive forecast update on time and accuracy improvement •Contribute to sales and marketing materials preparation •Participate in marketing events and share information with team members •Maintain necessary databases such as teamsite, Qlickview,shared folder in L drive •Support product manager for required data output •Monthly cost center report and analysis •Monthly sales management report preparation •Yearly budget input preparation •Department administration such as fixed assets maintenance and purchase
Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience Knowledge: •University degree Skills: 1 | Sales coordinator
